7.2.1.3 Key FORCE CONTINUOUS MIXING

It is used when the product needs to be mixed at high speed for a short time,
e.g. when solid ingredients or liquid fats are added into the mixture, when the
set temperature is achieved during heating to micronize the mixture, and to
emulsify the mixture after a long time it has not been used.
The force engine program cannot be changed by the user.
