10.6 SMALL AMMOUNTS OF ICE-CREAM MIXTURE

To prepare small amounts of ice mass it is necessary to install a flue damper on
the agitator.
Mixing smaller quantities without flue dampers cause air suction in the mix.
When the mass occupies more than half of the basin volume, the flue damper is
not needed.
For small amounts of ice-cream mixtures it used reduced heating and cooling.
When entering the stage of preparation or refrigeration, the reduction is always off.
If the key of currently selected mode is pressed once again for more than 3
seconds the reduction is switched on or off. If the reduction is activated the led of
the active key is blinking. If the key is pressed again the reduction will be disabled.
