With quick key AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION:
AUTOMATIC PASTEURIZATION - button for the automatic
pasteurization at 85° C.
With quick key ONE:
ONE - button for the automatic low pasteurization at 65° C.
With quick key TWO:
TWO - button for the automatic pasteurization at 90° C suitable for
chocolate mixtures.
With quick key THREE
THREE - button for the automatic pasteurization at 85° C with
mixture micronization.
