Each program consists of steps

Exemple: Program custom (pasteurize)
Program is composed from 6 steps:
• Step 1: heating of the mixture to 45° C;
• Step 2: heating of the mixture to 85° C;
• Step 3: maintenance of the mixture at 85° C;
• Step 4: cooling of the mixture to 40° C;
• Step 5: cooling of the mixture to 4° C;
• Step 6: maintenance of the mixture at 4° C.
After starting ( ,

The changing is valid only for actual step and is autosaved for all the time. If we
