INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
S Engine bracket (front) 1
S Engine bracket (rear) 2
Cracks/damage ! Replace.

INSTALLATION

NOTE:
After installing all parts, refer to "CABLE ROUT-
ING" in CHAPTER 8, to check the cable, lead
and hose routings.
1. Install:
S Engine assembly 1
Front engine mount (left)
103 Nm (10.3 mSkg, 74 ftSlb)
Front engine mount (right)
53 Nm (5.3 mSkg, 38 ftSlb)
Rear engine mount
53 Nm (5.3 mSkg, 38 ftSlb)
NOTE:
Connect the oil hose to the oil pump when
installing the engine assembly.
2. Air bleed:
S Oil pump
3. Adjust:
S Sheave distance
S Throttle cable
S Oil pump cable
S Starter cable
