Troubleshooting
Symptom
MACHINE RECIEVER does not
power on.
MACHINE RECEIVER does not
communicate with FIXTURE
TRANSMITTER
MACHINE RECEIVER will not go
into "IN CYCLE mode"
Machine Receiver does not show
any inputs on the Diagnostics
Screen though the CNC output is
turned on.
Machine always shows the
alarm.

Solution
1. Check ground
connection
2. Check Fuse (if
installed)
3. Check from pins 19
and 20 to ground for
+10‐24VDC
1. Re‐pair MACHINE
RECEIVER and
FIXTURE
TRANSMITTER (See
Pairing MENU)
2. Move FIXTURE
TRANSMITTER to
within 40ft direct
line of sight.
3. Pass magnet over
FIXTURE
TRANSMITTER to
awake from storage
mode.
4. Replace batteries
1. Follow Logic
Described in the
Signal Logic Chart
2. Check Pin 8 and
appropriate Pallet ID
pin for 24V signal.
3. Use Diagnostics
Menu to check Input
4. Check MACHINE
RECIEVER to confirm
number and position
of paired FIXTURE
TRANSMITTERS
1. Connect Input
common to complete
circuit of Machine
output. If machine
output provides 24V
connect Input
Common to 0 Volts.
1. Determine if Low
Battery/Comm/Fail
