DESCRIPTION
Inspect and tighten hardware
Check reel drive belt tension
Check reel drive chain tension
Check sickle drive belts tension
Check wheel bolts – 150 N⋅m (115 ft. lbs.)
Check tire pressure – 193 kPa (28 psi)
Check cutter bar guards, knife sections, and repair as
needed
Check conditioner roll clearance
Check conditioner roll timing
