Adjust panels side-to-side to achieve desired width. Overall width past the Battens can
vary from 1" - 3" depending on your preference. The overhang over the side of the shed will be
set by the Metal Roof Hangers, but should be approximately 4" on front & rear of shed.
Bead of caulking

Once the Metal Roof Panels are spaced correctly from side-to-side and top-to-bottom, lift
3 panels up and run a bead of caulking down the overlapping seams of each panel to seal the
joints. Place panels down one by one once seam is caulked. You will likely need assistance
from a helper for this step. Caulk each seam.

Important: Metal Roof Hangers
will be removed in Step 50.

Using 6 - 2" Metal Screws and 1/4" Nut Driver (included), partial-
ly secure Metal Roof Panels to 2nd row of Battens from top. Only fasten
screws halfway so that Metal Roof Hangers can be removed in Step 49.
Metal screw is self-tapping, screw into center of Battens
