If the call fails, an error message will be displayed (See the
Troubleshooting section for a description of failed connections.)
You can also connect to the Online Server manually. You can
perform a generic Online Server Call, as described below, or you
can perform a specific action, such as a rate download, or usage
report data upload, etc. See the appropriate section for details.

2.1 Manually Connecting to the Server

- Go in supervisor mode by pressing
- Enter supervisor PIN;
- Select ONLINE SERVICES from the IJ-40/50/60 menu and

mailing system turned on, in sleep mode, and connected
to a live analog telephone line during the night, to let the
connection to the Neopost Online Server occur
automatically.
