Verifying the HP VISUALIZE fx6 AGP Connector

During the boot sequence, just after the initial Windows NT blue
screen, the display becomes blank (no video signal). How can I
find out what the problem is?
If you have just installed the HP VISUALIZE fx6 video board
or the PC workstation has been moved, check that the AGP
connector is properly inserted in the AGP accessory slot on
the system board.
Due to the weight of the HP VISUALIZE fx6 video board, it is possible that
the AGP connector has moved out of its socket during transport. As
Windows NT boots, it switches from VGA mode (PCI slot connector) to high
resolution mode (AGP slot connector), which coincides with the initial
startup screen (blue). If the AGP connector is not properly inserted in the
AGP slot, the screen goes blank when the display tries to switch to the high
resolution controller on the AGP video board.
