Sohrana Dual Tech 0–10 V Dimming Sensor
Overview
The Sohrana Dual Tech 0–10 V Dimming Sensor is a standalone
line voltage sensor with built-in passive infrared (PIR) and high
frequency doppler (HFD) sensing technology that provides reliable
occupancy and vacancy sensing for lighting control and a
0-10 V dimming output for manual control of the lighting level.
The switch station has two buttons for manual On/Off control of
the lighting load and press-and-hold functionality for dimming
control. You can also use the two buttons to set the light level for
the next occupancy action.
By factory default the sensor is configured as an occupancy sensor, meaning
that the sensor will turn on the lights when occupancy is detected within its
coverage. If no motion is detected after the delay time has expired, the lights
will dim to 33% of the set level for 30 seconds before fading off the lights.
A sensor configured as a vacancy sensor requires the user to manually turn
the lights On by pressing the On button on the switch station. When vacancy
is detected and the delay time has expired, the lights will dim to 33% of the
set level for 30 seconds before fading off the lights.
The sensor requires line voltage and installs into a standard NEMA flush or
surface-mount wall box. You can configure the sensor using DIP switches on
the device. See
The Dual Tech 0–10 V Dimming Sensor also features an ambient light sensor
that manages the controlled lighting levels according to ambient light levels,
inhibiting artificial lighting when ambient light levels are higher than
required. You can set the ambient light level (Lux) threshold using rotary
switches on the device. See
