YealinkCP860 Phones Configuring Guide

Programmable keys

The CP860 IP conference phone supports 4 programmable keys. You can assign predefined
functionalities to programmable keys. Programmable keys allow you to quickly access features
such as Directory. The key type None indicates that this programmable key provides no
functionality until configuration. Details will be introduced in the following.
To assign functionality to a programmable key via CommPortal phone configurator:
Click on Programmable Keys - Soft Key->Key 1.

Select desired key type from the Soft key action field.

(Optional.) Enter desired values in the corresponding fields.
3.
(Optional.) Enter a string that will appear on the LCD screen in the Label field.
4.
Click Save changes to accept the change.

Perform auto provisioning on the phone to download above configurations. For more
