CAMSHAFTS (VALVE AND INJECTION
14.4 Installation
When installing the camshafts, pay attention to the
following:
1.
Apply oil to the bearings and cam lobes.
2.
Reassembly sequence of the camshaft is the
reverse of disassembly.
3.
Align the timing marks on the gears to the marks
on the idler gear.
4.
After installation, check and adjust fuel injection
timing and valve clearances.
