9. Push down on rod end of link cylinder (A) until hook (B)
engages and locks onto header pin.
IMPORTANT:
The hook release must be down to enable the self-locking
mechanism. If the release is open (up), manually push it
down after hook engages header pin.
10. Check that center-link (A) is locked onto the header by
pulling upward on rod end (B) of cylinder.
CAUTION
Check to be sure all bystanders have cleared the area.
11. Start the engine.
12. Press HEADER UP switch (A) to raise the header to
maximum height.
13. If one end of the header does NOT fully raise, rephase the
lift cylinders as follows:
a. Press and hold the HEADER UP switch until both
cylinders stop moving.
b. Continue to hold the switch for 3–4 seconds. Cylinders
are now phased.
NOTE:
It may be necessary to repeat this procedure if there is
air in the system.
