8.8 Fitting gas inlet casing

If removed:
Screw-on variant
Threaded stud variant

Fit the cover ring (51085) with the help of the two guide studs
u
(90320).
CAUTION
Positioning the cover ring
Align the marking "TOP" on the cover ring (51085) with the position of
the gas outlet flange.
Make certain to install the cover ring in the correct position.
u
Coat the screw threads with high-temperature grease.
u
Screw in and tighten the screws (57005).
u
Remove guide studs (90320).
u
Mount the nozzle ring (56001) on the gas inlet casing (51001) using
u
the screws (56014) and sleeves (56013).
Fit gas inlet casing (51001) complete with nozzle ring to gas outlet
u
casing (61001) using screws (61044). Observe the tightening torque.
Coat threaded stud (51086) with high-temperature grease, screw into
u
gas outlet casing (61001) as far as it will go and tighten hand-tight.
Treat nuts (51087) with high-temperature grease
u
Fit gas inlet casing (51001) complete with nozzle ring to gas outlet
u
casing (61001) using nuts (51087) and tighten crosswise. Observe the
tightening torque.
Remove lifting gear together with shackle (90195).

Fit insulation to gas inlet casing (51001)
