7.1.10 Product information
This page includes all the product relevant information such as product name, serial number, software version,

7.1.11 Service
This page is dedicated for service trained authorized personnel that needs special access requirements. The set-
tings page includes several sub pages such as test and calibration pages.
7.1.12 Settings
The settings page gives access to the HiPerGuard MV UPS system parameters based on user login and their acces-
sibility level. The parameters are organized into different groups, and each one has specific access rights.
Description
Monitors input voltage for shallow magnitude sag / swell events.
Shallow event defined as between 15 and 50% deviation from
nominal.
Monitors input voltage for deep magnitude sag / swell events.
Deep event defined as exceeding 50% deviation from nominal.
Monitors input voltage for phase angle jump events. Jump event
defined if phase angle jumps by more than 60⁰.
Monitors input voltage for frequency error events. Frequency er-
ror defined if frequency deviates by more than 1Hz from nominal.
