7.1.5 Precharge
This screen shows whether precharge conditions are achieved or not and if the DC bus voltage and energy storage
bus voltage are the same or not.
When system precharge conditions are not satisfied, the system transit to precharge mode. It generally occurs
following commissioning or maintenance in which precharge process will need to be completed prior to the sys-
tem is started.
The precharge mostly consists of getting the DC bus network of the MV UPS into a satisfactory state. In this MV
UPS system, DC bus network changes with the energy storage application. When the MV UPS transits to pre-
charge mode, the GDM shall automatically display the precharge tab, also the operator can view the precharge
page at any time from the dashboard. For more information about precharge operation steps, please refer to
chapter 8.

7.1.6 Active Events
This screen shows a list of the system messages for currently active events like warnings and faults. When clicking
on an active event on the left side of the window, a description of the warning of fault is displayed on the event
details field.
