There are three yellow LEDs placed near PCIe Mini Card slot. They indicate the card type.
Wireless Wide Area Network (WWAN).
Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN).
Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN).

There is an array of DIP switches at the card edge to configure various functions.
