Put oil, potato and onion in the inner pot, mix well. Press the [Main] button to select the
[Tortilla] submenu, close the lid and set the cooking time to 38 minutes.

turn the inner pot upside down to flip the Tortilla onto a plate. Ready to serve.
Perfect Tortilla Hints and Tips
•
Prepare all ingredients in advance of cooking. Put them close to the Variety Cooker before
you begin.
•
Slice a Spanish chorizo sausage and cook with the potato and onion in the inner pot to
enrich the taste.

Carefully flip the tortilla onto a plate! To serve as a main course, slice it into 6-8 pieces like
a pie. Serve sliced French bread on the side.

Tips & Hints:

Brown/ sear meats in a skillet, prior to adding to Variety Cooker. This will create greater
depth of flavor to any dish as well as melt out fat that can be poured off before stewing.

To ensure the food is safe, as well as tender, it is recommended to use an instant read
thermometer to ensure food temperature reach well above 74°C (165°F).
•
Raw beans must be soaked and boiled for at least 10 minutes prior to stewing to avoid
poisoning; canned beans do not require this.
