Ingredients
2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
600g Boneless chicken thigh filets
100g Onion
2 Stick Lemongrass
2 Teaspoon Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoon Dried Ground Cumin
2 Slice Fresh Ginger
½ Cup Water

Preheat oil in large sauce-pan, add in chicken and onion and sear for around 5 minutes or until
