Collecting Configuration Information
This section describes how to collect information on hardware configuration and internal specifications.
Windows Server 2012
4.2.1
1. Click [Search] from Charms bar.
(Or, right-click the left bottom of screen, and click Run from the menu displayed.)
2. Enter msinfo32.exe in Apps text box, and then click [OK].
3. System Information starts.
4. From File menu, click Export.
5. Enter the file name to save in File Name, and then Click [Save].
Tips
If a STOP error, system error, or stall occurs, restart the system and then follow the
procedure below.
