Fuel level is low in the tank.
Fuel system connection is incomplete.
Fuel system sucks air.
Fuel pipe is twisted.
Fuel tank cap vent is closed

is deteriorated.
Low quality fuel is used
Primer bulb is clogged.
Low quality engine oil is used.
