TROUBLESHOOTING
Possible cause
Defective wiring, ground, wire disconnected

or loosened.
Use of spark plugs not specified.
Spark plug is contaminated.
No sparks or weak spark.
Stop switch short-circuited.
Stop switch lock is not installed correctly.
Battery charging defective, or rectifier
malfunctions.
Battery is dead, connection is loose or
corroded. Battery electrolyte level is low.
Fuse is blown.
Shift lever neutral (N) is not proper position.
Start switch or main switch is defective.
Starter motor or starter solenoid operation is
defective.
PTT switch or solenoid is defective.
Air is mixed in PTT fluid.
* Low speed ESG operates.
