All the colors flash one after another as a chaser light during the functional test.
The LEDs always light up individually and not in parallel (i.e. only one color is lit at any
one time).

Commissioning

8.1

Function check

Before commissioning the measuring point, check whether the post-installation and post-
connection checks have been performed:

8.2

Switching on the measuring device

During the power-up time, the device output is in the safety-oriented state, and in the
alarm state if available.
The device status is indicated at the output a maximum of 3 seconds after the device has
been switched on. Does not apply for PFM, NAMUR and Wireless devices (irrespective of
the SIL configuration).
After power-up, a functional test is always performed in the case of NAMUR and PFM
devices.
