Wichtige Hinweise
Aus infektionspräventiven Gründen ist ein Versand
von kontaminierten Medizinprodukten strikt
abzulehnen. Medizinprodukte sind direkt vor Ort
zu dekontaminieren, um Kontakt- und aerogene
Infektionen (beim Personal) zu vermeiden.
Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, kontaminierte
Instrumente/Geräte an den Absender zurück-
zuschicken.
Reparaturen, Änderungen oder Erweiterungen,
die nicht von KARL STORZ oder durch von
KARL STORZ autorisierte Fachleute durchgeführt
werden, führen zum Verlust aller Garantie ansprüche.
KARL STORZ übernimmt keine Garantie für die
Funktionsfähigkeit von Geräten oder Instrumenten,
deren Reparatur durch unautorisierte Dritte
durchgeführt wurde.

16.1
Important information
In order to prevent infection, it is strictly forbidden
to ship contaminated medical devices. All medical
devices must be decontaminated on site to
avoid contact and aerogenous infections (among
personnel).
We reserve the right to return contaminated
instruments/devices to the sender.
Repairs, modifications or expansions which are
not performed by KARL STORZ or by experts
authorized by KARL STORZ will invalidate all
warranty rights.
KARL STORZ gives no warranty on the correct
functioning of devices or instruments which have
been repaired by unauthorized third parties.

Důležité pokyny
Z důvodů prevence infekce je striktně odmítáno
zasílání kontaminovaných zdravotnických
prostředků. Zdravotnické prostředky se musí
dekontaminovat na místě, aby se zabránilo
kontaktním a aerogenním infekcím (u personálu).
Vyhrazujeme si právo zaslat kontaminované přístroje/
nástroje zpět odesílateli.
Opravy, změny nebo rozšíření, která nejsou
provedená společností KARL STORZ nebo odborníky
autorizovanými společnosti KARL STORZ, vedou ke
ztrátě veškerých nároků ze záruky.
Společnost KARL STORZ nepřebírá žádnou záruku za
funkčnost přístrojů nebo nástrojů, jejichž oprava byla
provedena neautorizovanými třetími osobami.
