Aufbereitung
1 HINWEIS: Nach der Behandlung mit
Fett müssen die Hahnreiber separat im
fraktionierten Dampfsterilisationsverfahren
sterilisiert werden. An gefetteten
und geölten Oberflächen ist keine
Niedertemperatur­Sterilisation möglich.
• Anschließend muss eine Funktionskontrolle
durchgeführt werden.
1 HINWEIS: Es ist auf klare Sicht und
Lenkbarkeit zu prüfen.
Okular und Objektiv mit einem weichen Tuch,
Schwamm oder Wattestäbchen, getränkt mit
70 %igem Alkohol, reinigen.

VORSICHT: Die Reinigung mit Spezial­
Reinigungspaste sollte nur dann
durchgeführt werden, wenn der durch das
Endoskop vermittelte Bildeindruck sichtbar
getrübt ist oder bei sichtbaren Belägen
auf den optischen Flächen, keinesfalls
routinemäßig bei jeder Aufbereitung.
Hartnäckige Verschmutzungen und Beläge
können mit Reinigungspaste (Art.­Nr. 27661)
entfernt werden. Hierzu wird mit einem sauberen,
angefeuchteten Reinigungsstäbchen etwas
Reinigungspaste aufgenommen und auf den
Glasflächen verteilt. Durch Polieren können selbst
fest haftende Beläge gelöst werden.
HINWEIS: Nach der Verwendung

einer Reinigungs paste müssen Sie das
Instrument noch einmal aufbereiten!
Die Fiberfläche und die optischen Endflächen mit
einem Wattestäbchen, getränkt mit 70 %igem
Isopropylalkohol, nachtrocknen.
1 HINWEIS: Insbesondere die Fiberfläche
im Lichteinlassstutzen  muss sorgfältig
mit Alkohol nachgetrocknet werden.
Rückstände von Des infektions­ und
Reinigungsmitteln im Lichtein lassstutzen
können bei angeschlossenem Licht leitkabel
festbrennen und die Lichttransmission
erheblich beeinträchtigen.

Verpackung

Es dürfen nur genormte und zugelassene
Verpackungsmaterialien und ­systeme eingesetzt
werden (EN 868 Teil 2 ­10, EN ISO 11607 Teil 1 +
2, DIN 58953).
Reprocessing
NOTE: After treating with grease, the

stopcocks must be sterilized separately
using the fractionated steam sterilization
process. Low­temperature sterilization is
not possible on surfaces which have been
lubricated and oiled.
• Afterwards, a functional check must be carried
out.
1 NOTE: Check for a clear view and
steerability.
Clean the eyepiece and lens with a soft cloth,
sponge or cotton­tipped applicator soaked in 70%
alcohol.

CAUTION: Cleaning with the special
cleaning paste should only be carried
out if the image as viewed through the
endoscope is visibly cloudy or if there are
visible deposits on the optical surfaces,
it should certainly not be used routinely
during reprocessing.
Stubborn soiling and deposits can be removed with
cleaning paste (Art. no. 27661). For this purpose,
some cleaning paste is put on a clean, damp
cleaning bud and distributed on the glass surfaces.
Polishing ensures that even stubborn deposits are
removed.
1 NOTE: The instrument must be
reprocessed again following treatment with
the cleaning paste!
Finally, dry the surfaces of the fibers and the optical
end faces with a cotton­tipped applicator soaked in
70% isopropyl alcohol.
1 NOTE: The fiber area in the light inlet piece
in particular  must be dried carefully
with alcohol. Disinfectant and cleaning
agent residue in the light inlet piece can
become burnt on when the light cable is
connected, thereby seriously impairing light
transmission.

Packaging

Only standardized and approved packaging
materials and systems may be used (EN 868
Parts 2 – 10, EN ISO 11607 Parts 1 + 2,
DIN 58953).

1 UPOZORNĚNÍ: Po manipulaci s tukem
je nutno kužely kohoutů sterilizovat zvlášť
frakčním postupem parní sterilizace. Na
površích namazaných tukem a olejem není
sterilizace při nízké teplotě možná.
• Následně je třeba provést kontrolu funkce.
1 UPOZORNĚNÍ: Je nutno zkontrolovat
čirost vidění a ovladatelnost.
Okulár a objektiv očistěte měkkou utěrkou,
houbičkou nebo vatovou tyčinkou napuštěnou 70%
alkoholem.

POZOR: Čištění speciální čistící pastou by
mělo být prováděno pouze tehdy, pokud
je obraz zprostředkovaný endoskopem
viditelně zamlžený, nebo v případě
viditelných povlaků na optických plochách,
v žádném případě jej neprovádějte rutině při
každé přípravě.
Odolné nečistoty a povlaky je možno odstranit
čisticí pastou (obj. č. 27661). Naberte za tímto
účelem trochu čisticí pasty na čistou navlhčenou
čisticí tyčinku a rozetřete ji na skleněných plochách.
Následným přeleštěním je možno uvolnit i pevně
ulpělé povlaky.
1 UPOZORNĚNÍ: Po použití čisticí pasty
musíte nástroj ještě jednou regenerovat!
Plochu vláken a optické koncové plochy
osušte vatovou tyčinkou, napuštěnou 70 %
izopropylalkoholem.
1 UPOZORNĚNÍ: Zejména plochu vláken v
objímce pro přívod světla je nutno pečlivě
dosušit alkoholem. Zbytky dezinfekčních a
čisticích prostředků v objímce pro přívod
světla se mohou při připojeném světelném
kabelu připéct a mohou přenos světla
výrazným způsobem omezovat.

Obal

Smějí být používány pouze normalizované a
schválené obalové materiály a systémy (EN 868
část 2­10, EN ISO 11607 část 1 + 2, DIN 58953).
