Maschinelle Aufbereitung
Das folgende Verfahren zur maschinellen
Dekontamination wurde unter Einhaltung der in
der Anleitung „Reinigung, Desinfektion, Pflege
und Sterilisation von KARL STORZ Instrumenten"
beschriebenen Prozessparameter validiert und
freigegeben.
14.6.1 Manuelle Vorbereitung
1. Ggf. den Adapter konnektieren.
2. Das Produkt vollständig in die
Reinigungslösung tauchen.
3. Ggf. das Lumen mithilfe der Spritze mit
Reinigungslösung füllen und für eine blasenfreie
Benetzung sorgen.
4. Ggf. den Adapter entfernen.
5. Während des Reinigungsvorgang die Vorgaben
zur Einwirkzeit des Chemikalienherstellers
einhalten.
6. Die Oberflächen des Handgriffs mindestens
3 Mal bürsten, bis keine Rückstände visuell
erkennbar sind.
7. Die beweglichen Teile sind bürstend zu
betätigen.
8. Ggf. die Ventilsitze 3 Mal um 360° drehend
bürstend reinigen, bis keine Rückstände visuell
erkennbar sind.
9. Die Oberfläche des Schafts mit einem
flusenarmen Tuch reinigen, bis keine
Rückstände visuell erkennbar sind.
10. Ggf. das Lumen mindestens 3 Mal bürsten, bis
auf dem Bürstenkopf keine Rückstände mehr
visuell erkennbar sind. Dabei zwischen jedem
Bürstvorgang den Bürstenkopf reinigen.
11. Ggf. den Adapter konnektieren.
12. Ggf. das Lumen 3 Mal mit Reinigungslösung
spülen.
13. Das Produkt nach der Einwirkzeit aus der
Reinigungslösung entnehmen.

Machine reprocessing
The following procedure for machine
decontamination has been validated and
approved subject to compliance with the process
parameters described in the manual 'Cleaning,
Disinfection, Care and Sterilization of KARL STORZ
Instruments'.
14.6.1 Manual preparation
1. If relevant, connect the adaptor.
2. Completely immerse the product in the
cleaning solution.
3. If relevant, fill the lumen with cleaning solution
using the syringe and ensure bubblefree
wetting.
4. If relevant, remove the adaptor.
5. Observe the exposure time as specified by
the chemical manufacturer during the cleaning
process.
6. Brush the surfaces of the handle at least
3 times until no residue can be seen anymore.
7. The mobile parts must be brushed.
8. If relevant, clean the valve seats by brushing
them and turning them 360° 3 times until no
residue can be seen anymore.
9. Clean the surface of the sheath with a lowlint
cloth until no residue can be seen anymore.
10. If relevant, brush the lumen at least 3 times
until no residue can be seen anymore on the
brush head. Clean the brush head between
each stroke of the brush.
11. If relevant, connect the adaptor.
12. If relevant, irrigate the lumen with cleaning
solution 3 times.
13. After the exposure time, remove the product
from the cleaning solution.

Ruční příprava
Následující postup pro strojní dekontaminaci
byl ověřen a schválen za dodržení procesních
parametrů popsaných v návodu „Čištění,
desinfekce, péče a sterilizace nástrojů
KARL STORZ":
14.6.1 Ruční příprava
1. Popř. připojte adaptér.
2. Ponořte výrobek zcela do čisticího roztoku.
3. Popř. naplňte lumen pomocí stříkačky čisticím
roztokem a zajistěte smočení bez bublinek.
4. Příp. odstraňte adaptér.
5. Během procesu čištění dodržujte zadání
výrobce chemikálie pro dobu působení.
6. Povrch rukojeti nejméně 3krát okartáčujte, aby
nebyly vidět žádné zbytky.
7. Pohyblivé díly je nutno vyčistit pohybem
kartáče.
8. Popř. sedla ventilu 3krát očistěte kartáčem při
otáčení o 360°, dokud jsou na nich vizuálně
viditelné zbytky.
9. Povrch tubusu čistěte utěrkou nepouštějící
vlákna, dokud na něm nebudou žádné viditelné
zbytky.
10. Popř. lumen okartáčujte aspoň 3x, dokud není
hlavice kartáče vizuálně zbavena všech zbytků.
Přitom mezi každým kartáčováním vyčistěte
hlavici kartáče.
11. Popř. připojte adaptér.
12. Popř. lumeny třikrát opláchněte čisticím
roztokem.
13. Produkt po době působení vyjměte z čisticího
roztoku.
