Load SIP Configuration Files onto Provisioning
Server

Move the settings.txt file and each SIP_xxxx.txt file to the server
designated for handset support. If using a TFTP server, the files must
be in the root directory. If using an HTTP server, the exact location of
the files must be specified in the HTTP Server Directory Path setting.
See the Admin menu options for more information.
Ensure the provisioning server is started.
