HYDRAULIC SYSTEM DIAGNOSTICS AND ADJUSTMENTS

BOOM PUMP PRESSURE ADJUSTMENT

1. Locate Quick Coupling in Hydraulic line just before Accumulator. Refer to Figure 5-14 for location.
2. Attach a Calibrated 5000 PSI gauge to the Coupler.
3. Start the Engine from Base Controls.
4. Engage and hold the Riser Boom Down Toggle switch.
5. Observe reading on Gauge.
6. Adjust RV1 to 2600 PSI. Refer to Figure 5-14 for location.
7. Shut Engine off, remove Gauge.
