Place machine on level surface and block wheels to prevent machine from rolling.

Override drive pump relief valves. Refer to section 2, page 4 for instructions.
34.
Start engine and set throttle switch to high engine. Remaining adjustments will be made with engine
running and in high engine setting.
The following procedures require a volt/ohm meter capable of reading milliamps.
35.
Remove wire 16 from terminal 3 of MDSD board.
36.
Attach milliammeter between wire 16 and terminal 3.
37.
Fully retract and lower the boom.
38.
Move drive joystick to the full forward position.
39.
Adjust P3 on MDSD board to 847 milliamps (.847A).
40.
Remove meter from wire 16 and terminal 3. Reattach wire 16 to terminal 3.
41.
Remove wire 15 from terminal 5 of MDSD board.
42.
Attach milliammeter between wire 15 and terminal 5.
43.
Fully retract and lower the boom.
44.
Move drive joystick fully to the reverse position.
45.
Adjust P4 on MDSD board to 847 milliamps (.847A).
46.
Remove meter from wire 15 and terminal 5. Reattach wire 15 to terminal 5.
47.
Reengage drive pump relief valves. Refer to section 2, page 4 for instructions.
48.
Apply nail polish or RTV silicone, to prevent vibration from changing potentiometer settings.
Do not exceed 1200 milliamps (1.2A) on wire 15 or 16. Damage to drive coils will result. If output requires a
reading higher than 1200 milliamps(1.2A) to obtain 50 feet in 9-1/2 to 10-1/2 seconds, check for binding
