The installation procedure did not start when I inserted the

USRobotics Installation CD-ROM.

Solution

Some programs may keep the autoplay feature of the installation CD-ROM from starting.

Close any open applications and reinsert the CD-ROM.

Solution

Start the CD-ROM manually as follows:

1. Windows Vista: Click Windows Start > Computer.

Windows XP: Click Windows Start > My Computer.

Windows 2000: On the desktop, double-click My Computer.

2. Double-click the CD drive.
