Hydraulic system
Maintain the cleanness of the tractor hydraulic oil. This is most important to ensure maximum life possible and failure-free operation of the machine,
especially in the cases of the proportional distributor, the hydraulic motor and the valves. The hydraulic oil of the tractor and the hydraulic oil filter
should be replaced at the frequency indicated by the manufacturer of the tractor.
Oil filter in TWISTER
Due to the installation of the hydraulic distributor equipped with proportional valve which is very sensible to pollu-
tions, it is necessary to ensure an additional oil filtration. For this, the TWISTER wrapping machine is equipped
with a pressure oil filter (1). It is situated under distributor cover, on the LH side of the machine. It ensures filtra-
tion of the level of 12 µm. Like for any filter its fitting gets dirty during operating and it is necessary to replace it
with new original piece. Application of a worse class filter may result in a damage to the distributor and in loss of
the guarantee. Fitting replacement is illustrated by dirt indicator (2). When the red field appears in the indicator,
the filtering element should be replaced immediately.
