Operating instructions and part catalogue, BALE WRAPPING MACHINE, TWISTER
2.1.

General rules

1.
Before each start, the bale wrapping machine should be checked all together with the tractor,
for transport and operation safety.
2.
Additionally to presented instructions, follow general Work Safety and Hygiene rules !
3.
Follow inscriptions and warning symbols located on the machine.
Complying serves your safety!
4.
The bale wrapping machine may be started only when all protective devices are located in
their safety positions.
5.
The machine may be started at Operating Position only.
6.
The machine may be operated only by person familiarized with operating instructions,
possessing adequate experience and qualifications to work with agricultural machines.
It is forbidden to operate the machine by untrained person or juveniles.
7.
Before use, check the completeness of machine to ensure its appropriate technical condition.
Check for loose parts, correct tightness of all screws and nuts. Never work with damaged
equipment and missing parts.
8.
Before starting the tractor make sure all drives are switched off.
9.
Do not leave the operating tractor unattended. Before leaving the tractor, switch off the drive
and take out ignition key. Engage manual brake and secure the machine.
10. Never leave rotating bale wrapping machine intendent. Leave operators' section after
disconnecting drive, engaging hand brake and all of machines' rotating parts stopped.
11. In case parts require replacement, apply the original replacement parts only.
12. Do not work with bale wrapping machine on hilly, uneven terrain.
13. Be certain there are no bystanders or animals in hazardous area before starting up the ma-
chine and during the wrapping due the risk of crushing by bale or operating machine itself.
Pay special attention for children.
14. Never climb the machine at any circumstances.
15. During bale wrapping, no bystanders may remain at zone of rotating units.
16. All remotely controlled and adjustable machine parts (wires, chains, tension bends) should be
assembled in a way to avoid accidental movement during operation and transportation or ma-
neuvering.
17. Never remain in machines operating zone during maneuvering of the machine.
18. Never walk between tractor and machine before the unit is secured to move by engaging
tractor parking brake or planting wedges under transport wheels.
19. Permitted slope angle during operation and technical passes is 8,5°.
