Hydraulic connection with the tractor

The wrapping machine, TWISTER, is connected to a tractor by two hoses equipped with
quick-release couplings. Attach the pressure hose the one connected with the oil filter
(no 1, Fig. 8) to the oil feed female socket in the tractor. The second hose attached to the socket
(no 5, Fig.8), should be connected to the free flow socket in the tractor. The machine will not
operate in case the hoses are connected in opposite.
The required pressure is 160 bar. The recommended oil flow should be between of
20-45 l/min. In case the wrapping machine is connected to the double-action hydraulic output of
the tractor, it is particularly important to be sure that the return pressure is lower than 5 bar.
The TWISTER machine is provided with hydraulic quick-release couplings according to
ISO 5675 standard. Please be sure it is applicable with your tractor.
Each TWISTER machine is equipped with five-section hydraulic distributor with
a proportional valve. It is precision device requiring free of impurities, high quality oil. The pressure
filter (no 1, Fig. 8) takes care of oil cleanness, providing filtration at 12µm. It is equipped with an
exchangeable filter element, with indicator (no2, Fig. 8) placed on top of filter that informs of its
wearing., The filter element should be replaced immediately in case red field appears on the
indicator. Use the original filtering elements only.
