7.6.

Speeding up bale loading (since 2015 models)

There are two sequential valves under the
frame on the LH side of the machine (looking
to the driving direction). Its task is to switch oil
pressure between loader arm and two hydrau-
lic cylinders lifting and lowering the loader.
Regulate the valve (1) showed on the figure,
in case motion of the loader with bale is too
slow.
Make sure the loader is in its bottom position, turn off
the engine and hydraulic hoses of wrapper and tractor before proceeding with regulation. Unscrew
the emergency cap (2) of the valve (1) reviling head valve with hexagon slot. Untighten control nut
(3), unscrew the head valve by half a turn and counter with the nut (3). Check the effect and re-
peat the action if necessary with care not to fully screw-up the head valve. Remember to counter
with nut (3) and secure with nut (2) at the end.
7.7.

Bale setter adjustment

The bale setter (1) allows to set bales
wrapped with foil at upright position.
It might need adjustment, based on
different working conditions and bale
size. Mechanism allows for three
adjustment positions:
 move complete setter to the
left or right by unscrewing and
removing bolt (1) and loosening two bolts (2). Take in mind that smallest displacement will
affect its performance.
 change angle of the tilt pipe with the bumping blocks (4) by unscrewing bolts (3)
 there is also possibility to change the setter foot position (5)
Bale setter should not be used on slopes!
