20. The bale wrapping machine should be integrated with tractors of the adequate class and en-
gine power only.
21. It is forbidden to carry bales by wrapping machine on public roads.
22. It is forbidden to use damaged or broken hydraulic pipes. Any damaged pipe should be re-
placed immediately. Check for the installation constraint before any machine start-up. Pay at-
tention that oil does not pollute the environment.
23. It is forbidden to service the bale wrapping machine under elevated machine units.
24. The wrapping machine should be used according to its purpose only.

Transportation

1. Before setting the machine into transport position, pay attention that all rotating parts stopped.
2. Maintain a special caution during traveling by the unit on public roads and adapt to
binding road regulations. Additionally, install triangle warning sign on the machine for the time
of transportation.
3. Do not exceed maximum permitted transport and operating speed. Follow the basic safety rules
while driving a tractor. Never drive the tractor too close to a ditch or ravine edge. Pay a special
attention to uneven terrain, pits and any difficulties.
4. Adapt the travelling speed to current road conditions; do not drive too fast!
Remember the machine exceeds at the back-end.
5. Permitted transportation speed should be limited to 25 km/h.

Operating components of the machine

1. Before attempting to use the wrapping machine, pay attention to the condition of the operating
parts like: drums, foil feeder rollers, knife mechanism.
2. Any damaged operating parts and its fixings should be replaced immediately by original
replacement parts.

Maintenance and operation

1.
The wrapping machine should be resting on flat and straight structure.
2.
All service, maintenance and adjustment work should be done under disconnected drive,
engine switched off and ignition key removed!
3.
Check and tighten nuts and screws regularly.
4.
Spare parts must fulfill technical requirements defined by the manufacturer.
Apply original spare parts.
5.
Use required tools and individual protective equipment and clothes. Never wear any clothes
that may be caught by the rotating parts.
