1.2.

Intended use

The machine is invented to a normal and typical agricultural application, i.e. wrapping bales of
straw and other plants produced for ensilage and wrapped into bales by wrapping presses/balers.
Usage of the bale wrapping machine for other purposes will be understood as inconsistent with the
destination what excludes the manufacturer's responsibility for the damages implied by the fact.
 The machine must be used, operated and repaired professionally. Usage of the machine by
untrained person and youngsters may be a reason of accidents or machine damage.
 Follow the safety regulations specified in the instruction, general work safety and health ba-
ses and road traffic rules.
 Follow the work safety, health rules and work maintenance when operating the machine.
 Unauthorized changes made in the machine exclude the manufacturers' responsibility for
the resulted damages.
1.3.

What is important at the purchase

The salesman fills in "Delivery Note of the agricultural machine with the instructions" and keeps
original after signing, the buyer receives copy. Before accepting the delivery, check the machine
completeness with the shipment specification and make sure the seller accurately fills in the Guar-
antee Card, claim coupons and the title page of the operating instructions.
1.4.

Guarantee

The guarantee conditions are given in the Guarantee Card. The detailed familiarizing with Operat-
ing Instructions is obligation of the machine operator. Failure in following operation rules leads to
inefficient usage of the bale wrapping machine, its malfunction and loss of rights to the guarantee
title.
Loss of the rights to the guarantee will happen in particular due the following circumstances:
1. Mechanical damages caused by operating inconsistent with the instructions.
2. Repairs performed by workshops other than specified by the salesman or the manufacturer.
3. Usage of repair parts other than original.
4. Making unauthorized changes in the machine construction.
In case of machine breakdown covered by factory guarantee, it should be notified to the salesman.

2. WORK SAFETY AND HEALTH

The majority of accidents happening during work, service or transportation comes from not
following of elementary safety rules. Therefore, it is important that any person operating the ma-
chine follow basic safety rules mentioned hereinafter as closely as possible.
