8.4.8 EMERGENCY CASES

The pictures indicating incorrect operation of the controller are displayed in WORK MENU. It is fol-
lowed by buzzer signal. Meaning of the pictures is as follows:
- POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO LOW. Check the rechargeable battery condition and the
condition of the battery charging system in the tractor. Check the condition of the controller power sup-
ply wires and the electric connection of the battery clamps.
- POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO HIGH. Most probably, the voltage controller in the trac-
tor is damaged. Turn off the controller and remove the power supply plug of the controller as quick as
possible.
- SHORT CIRCUIT OF ELECTRIC VALVE EV1 – EV9 – too high current power consumption
by the electric valve. Remove the connecting plug from the powered electric valve. In case the mes-
sage disappears, replace the electric valve. In case the message does not disappear, replace the plug
connecting the electric valve with the controller.
- SHORT-CIRCUIT OF THE CONTROL ELECTRIC VALVE – too high current power con-
sumption by the control electric valve. . Remove the connecting plug from the powered electric control
valve. In case the message disappears, replace the electric valve. In case the message does not dis-
appear, replace the plug connecting the electric valve and the controller.
- BALLOT UNLOADING BLOCKED – in case table encounters resistance during unload-
ing, it moves back into the horizontal position after a moment and the presented picture will be
displayed on the screen. Remove the cause of table blockage by entering MACHINE MENU and un-
load the wrapping machine manually.

EXPECTED MOTION WAS NOT EXECUTED – operation cycle was disrupted and will be finished af-
ter pushing "F" button. In case expected motion will not be executed in significant time after being exe-
cuted controller will increase power current for the regulating valve to demand higher oil flow and finish
the movement. Presented communicate will be displayed on controllers' screen in case maximum cur-
rent will be supplied to the valve and the sensor will be still inactive. The controller sets itself to PAUSE
and all valves are switched off. Eliminate cause of failure and press "F" button. Cycle will be reset and
the regulative valve will return to its nominal value set.
