Chapter 11 Troubleshooting
Problem
An error occurs when trying
to scan a Paper Memory
Original with this machine for
use of [Paper Memory Print].
Point to check
Check if the original used for
[Paper Memory Print] meets
the requirements on the
right.
Action
Check that at least all of the following requirements
are met, and then print the Paper Memory Original
again.
• Printing with a laser printer
• Printing resolution is 600 x 600 dpi or higher
• Printing at 100%, no resizing
• However, even if the requirements above are met,
the machine may not be able to scan correctly
depending on the print quality and other conditions.
