Screencast Faster
Now that you have the basics down, let's put it to the test.
With Setup completed, you can skip directly to the Go section. Locate the
screencast icon on your smart device, open it, and select the EZCast signal.
The screen of your smart device will show up on the treadmill's screen.
WARNING:
any type of workout. Trying to set up screencasting while walking or
running may result in injury.
Safe Workouts
Before starting your workout, setup screencasting first.
When you begin your workout you will see a play button on the right side of
your treadmill's console screen. Tap this button and your video will show up
while still being able to see your workout information overlaid on the top and
bottom of the screen.
Tap it again and your workout stats will disappear while the video occupies the
full screen of your treadmill. To get your stats back press the button again.
On the left side of your screen is a red button that will restore your full workout
screen. If you'd like to see your video again, just press the play button on the
right side of the screen.
This provides alternative ways to check on your workout progress when you
want, and get back to your video.
WARNING:
to come to a complete stop before stopping the video on your smart
device.
When Your Workout Is Complete
When you are done with your workout wait for the treadmill belt to come to a
complete stop before you:
Stop playing videos on your smart device.
Stop screencasting from your smart device.
