the speed that you want the belt to run and the treadmill will control the
incline.

Set Time – Set the amount of time that you would like to work out and
press next.

Set Weight and Age – Set your Weight for a more accurate calorie
calculation. Also, set your age for heart rate calculations and press next.

Select your Target Low and High Heart Rate and press next.
7.
Press Start to begin workout.
