PROBLEM
The machine is not cleaning
properly.
Granules are sticking to the
washed items.
The granules end up in the
wrong tank.
Dishware does not dry.
When contacting the service company, the following details relating to the ma-
chine should be provided:

CAUSE
The rinse and wash nozzles are
clogged with dirt.
There is too little detergent.
The water in the tank is too dirty.
Foam forming in the tank.
Programme with too short a wash
time selected.
The program without granules has
been selected.
Dirt has dried on the dishware to be
washed.
The dishware is incorrectly posi-
tioned in the basket.
Detergent and drying agent of anoth-
er make than usual are used.
The rinse nozzles are blocked.
There is too much foam in the ma-
chine.
The dividing wall in the tank has not
been cleaned.
The cover plates and/or filter are not
in place in the tank or have been in-
correctly fitted.
The rinse nozzles are blocked.
Too little rinsing agent.

ACTION
Check and clean the nozzles.
Check the amount of detergent.
Change the water.
Check that the washing temperature
is not too low and that the correct de-
tergent is being used.
Choose a wash program with a
longer wash cycle.
Select a wash program with gran-
ules.
Soak the dishware before washing.
Use the correct type of accessory to
ensure that the dishware is correctly
positioned.
Use the same make and type as be-
fore. Rinse the hoses and pumps
with water if necessary.
Clean the nozzles.
Check to see how clean the wash
water is. Change the water if neces-
sary.
Clean the dividing wall
Fit cover plates and strainer(s).
Check they are correctly located and
cover the tank.
Check and clean the nozzles.
Check the amount of rinsing agent.
The hose must be submerged in liq-
uid and the filter in the hose must be
clean.
