To set the action limit to a desired limit.

This alarm level should be used as an action alarm and
should be interpreted in a way that action (like a produc-
tion stop) needs to be taken in the measurement area.
Also in this case you will get an audible and visual alarm,
the channel that generated the alarm will be highlighted
in red.
