Commissioning

9.1

Function check

Before commissioning the device, make sure that the post-installation and post-connection
checks have been performed.
• "Post-mounting check" checklist (® ä 17)
• "Post-connection check" checklist (® ä 22)
9.2

Switching on the measuring device

After a successful function check, switch on the measuring device.
After a successful startup, the local display switches automatically from the startup display to the
operational display.
If nothing appears on the local display or a diagnostic message is displayed, refer to the
device's operating instructions which can be found on the CD-ROM supplied with the
device.
9.3

Setting the operating language

Factory setting: English or ordered local language
