HEADLIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT ADJ
Brake Light Switch Adjustment
1. Adjust:
• Brake light operating timing
Hold the main bodyCDof the switch with
2 your hand so it does not rotate, and
turn the adjuster ©until the operating
timing is correct.

Headlight Bulb Replacement
1. Remove:
• Headlight cowling
2. Remove:
• Headlight unit assembly
3. Disconnect:
• Headlight leads

4 Remove:
• Defective bulb
Turn the bulb holder Q) counter-
clockwise to release bulb.
WARNUNG:
Keep flammable products or your hands
away from the bulb while it is on, it will be
hot. Do not touch the bulb until it cools
down.
5. Install:
• Bulb (New)
Secure the new bulb with the bulb
holder.
Avoid touching the glass part of the bulb.
Keep it free from oil; otherwise, the trans-
parency of the glass, life of the bulb, and il-
