Clutch
1. Inspect:
• Friction plate
Damage/Wear-» Replace friction plate as
a set.
2. Measure:
• Friction plate thickness
Out of specification -»Replace friction
plate as a set.
Measure at all four point.
Wear Limit: 2. 7 mm (0. 11 in)
3. Inspect:
• Clutch plate
Damage-' Replace clutch plate as a set.

4. Measure:
• Clutch plate warpage
Out of specification-> Replace clutch plate
as a set.
Use a surface plate and feeler gauge (D.
Warp Limit: 0. 05 mm (0. 002 in)

5. Measure:
• Clutch spring free length
Out of specification-"Replace spring as
a set.
Clutch Spring Minimum Length:
30. 0 mm (1. 18 in)
