Remove:
• Stopper ring
• Cap bolt
Place an open container under the fork
and turn the fork upside down and drain
the oil.
• Remove:
• Oil seal
• Seal
6. Remove:
• Cylinder securing bolt
Use Damper Rod Holder (90890-01294)
(1) and T-Handle (90890-01367)(2)to lock
the damper rod.
7. Remove:
• Damper rod (cylinder complete)®
• Rebound spring
8.
Remove:
• Guide bush
• Slide bush
Fork Bushes Removal Steps:
• Hold fork leg in a vise horizontally.
• Put in the inner fork tube just before it
bottoms out and then pull it back quickly.
