Basic Setup with the VU331

6.5.1 Power up instrument
When the instrument is switched on for the first time, the following messages appear in a sequence
of 5 s on the display: Software version, communication protocoll and language selection

The "basic setup" (00) function group lists all the functions which are required for a standard
measurement task to moccission the Levelflex M. When you have completed your input for a
function, the next function appears automatically. In this way, you are guided through the complete
calibration.
Function "measured value" (000)
This functiondisplay the urrent measured value in the selected unit (see "customer unit" (042)
function). The number of digits after decimal point can be selected in the "no.of decimals" (095)
function.
