Connection
The handheld terminal is directly connected to the FOUNDATION Fieldbus communication line.
An additonal communication resistor is not required.

Instrument Descriptions
Make sure you have loaded the valid Instrument Description files (DDs). DDs can be downloaded
from the internet at "www.fieldcommunicator.com". The DDs can also be updated by the update
functionality of the Field Communicator 375/FC375.

User interface
The instrument parameters are arranged in blocks. The handheld terminal Field Communicator
375/FC375 uses this block structure to access the parameters. You can navigate within the
structure by the arrow keys and the "Enter" key. Alternatively, you can use the touch-screen
functionality of the handheld terminal for navigation. (Double-click on a name opens the respective
block or parameter).
