The Levelflex M is used for continuous level
measurement of liquids.
FMP41C for corrosive liquids and hygienic
requirements
• Highest chemical resistance
• Rod probes up to 13 ft (4 m), cable probes up to 100 ft
(30 m) measuring range
• With rod probe for food processing and
pharmaceuticals
• All wetted components: PTFE, FDA-listed, gap-free
FMP 45 for high pressure and/or temperature

-328 to +752°F (-200 to +400°C)

    Levelflex M FMP41C, FMP45 Function and system design Measuring principle The Levelflex is a "downward-looking" measuring system that functions according to the ToF method (ToF = Time of Flight). The distance from the reference point (process connection of the measuring device (→ Page 30-31) to the product surface is measured.

The Bus voltage is supplied by the segment coupler. Both local and remote operation are possible.
  • Page 7 Levelflex M FMP41C, FMP45 Integrated in tank gauging system The Endress+Hauser Tank Side Monitor NRF590 provides integrated communications for sites with multiple tanks, each with one or more sensors on the tank, such as radar, spot or average temperature, capacitive probe for water detection and/or pressure sensors.

Cable probes are used for measuring ranges > 13 ft (4 m) or when the overhead clearance does not allow the installation of rigid probes.

    Operation with ToF Tool The ToF Tool is a graphical operation software for instruments from Endress+Hauser that operate based on the time-of-flight principle.
